Terms & Conditions

UK customers Only
Because of the delicate nature of flowers, I can only provide services to brides who are sending their bouquets within the UK. If you are considering celebrating your wedding abroad, please note that it is very unlikely your flowers will survive the return transit time to the UK. Contact me for further info (there are options).
Payments
To secure your booking (wedding date), £25 deposit is required, which will be redeemed against your final order value.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, credit or debit card via a secure payment link from your invoice which will be emailed to you. You can also pay on web-site.
Upon receiving your flowers, I will issue an invoice for either the total amount or 50% (depending on the order value). Please be aware that if the initial payment is not received within a 48-hour timeframe, I reserve the right to cancel the order. In these instances, any flowers will be disposed and deposit will be kept.
Turnaround Times
Thank you so much for your patience and for trusting me with your flowers. I completely understand how eager you are to be reunited with them once they're preserved.
Flower preservation is a delicate, detailed, and time-consuming process that simply can't be rushed. Successful flower preservation depends on a few factors, such as temperature & moisture control, and skipping any of them can leave you with brown, mushy blooms or cloudy resin.
Please allow from 6 up to 9 months from the date that I receive your flowers for your final piece to be completed. In some cases, it may be sooner, but occasionally, it may take a little longer. I always aim to send your piece back as soon as I possibly can.
Rushing the creative process to fit into specific deadlines often compromises the quality, which is a standard I will not lower.
I will keep you posted about update on each stage of production
Handmade product notice
Each resin piece is individually handcrafted, making one-of-the-kind. Slight variations in colour, texture, or tiny bubbles may be present - these are natural marks of the handmade process and add to the unique character of your item. These are not defects, but rather a testament to the craftsmanship and organic beauty.
While resin may develop an amber hue over time, it will gain a charming vintage quality and remains a timeless option for displaying your flowers. To extend the clarity of the resin, it is recommended to position your item away from direct sunlight or heat sources such as fireplace, to avoid this issue. The sun will inevitably win this contest!
By ordering, you are accepting of these conditions and they are not classed as defective.
Design layout
Please note that I don't offer design pattern mock-ups, as I prefer to work freely and creatively, making the most of the mould sizes and the natural character of your flowers. Each piece is designed using my own artistic process so that your arrangement feels truly unique.
That said, I always listen carefully to my brides. If you have a particular flower or design idea in mind, please let me know at the start, and I'll happily see what's possible.
Colour Changes — Please Read Before Booking
Please take a moment to read the information below carefully before placing your booking, so you're fully aware of the natural colour changes that can occur during flower preservation. Flowers are organic materials, and much of their colour is held within their moisture. As this moisture is removed during the drying process, the final dried colour cannot be controlled or guaranteed.
Every flower responds differently to drying. Vibrant and deeper tones tend to hold their colour best, while white and very pale flowers are the most unpredictable. After drying, white flowers often soften into shades of cream, ivory, or pale yellow rather than remaining bright white.
With white roses, quick delivery after the wedding supports the best possible drying result. However, once set in resin, they may develop slightly translucent patches on the petals due to the heat produced during curing. White calla lilies are particularly challenging, as they usually dry significantly, often becoming shrivelled and taking on a yellow-toned finish.
If your bouquet is entirely white, these characteristics should be carefully considered. In mixed bouquets, white flowers are typically used as a supporting or background element rather than a focal point.
Common Colour Changes to Be Aware Of:
-
Light pink may shift to lilac
-
Darker pinks can deepen into purple
-
Blue tones often dry to a purplish shade
-
Orange roses may turn soft pink
-
Red roses usually darken to deep burgundy and can appear very dark in resin, so they are best balanced with lighter colours
-
White flowers frequently change to cream, off-white, or pale yellow
-
Whites and pastel tones may develop translucent areas once set in resin
Some flowers naturally preserve better than others. If your bouquet is made up of a single flower type or you have concerns about how your flowers may dry, please feel free to get in touch to discuss this in advance.
Please also note that, over time, flowers may gradually appear more muted if the finished piece is kept in constant direct sunlight.

Changes to your order

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
All preservation pieces are custom-made and non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch (while your flowers are drying). Communication During the Process
I'll contact you at a few key stages:
-

-
When your flowers arrive with me
-
Around 4–6 weeks later when the final invoice is due (if not already paid in full)
